A small terraced pub, of which few remain, but that continues safe in the hands of the present licensee. Tastefully extended at the rear in the not too distant past, it continues to give the feeling that things are just the same now as they were in our Grandfathers time. Congratulations to Mark and Anita for winning second prize for their hanging baskets and window boxes in Robinson's 2004 Floral Competition. Mark has made a big effort the last couple of years to keep the pub looking good and this prize is well deserved.
