Situated by the Macclesfield canal 'The Ringers' is popular with locals and tourists alike. It has a beer garden that is relatively safe from the road and is a good half way house whether you are just out for a walk or actually cruising the Cheshire Ring. It's a friendly pub where a welcome is always guaranteed so it stays busy most days of the week.

"Just to say, we went to this pub for an evening meal not so long ago, and were amazed by the thoughtful service, from the bar maid, who took our order on a Sunday night at twenty to seven, to the chef who still had the forethought to come and ask if our meal was satisfactory! what can we say? We are waiting with anticipation for another babysitter! keep up the good work guys! we'll be back ASAP!"
