Your hosts Mark and Anita would like to welcome new and old customers, boaters and walkers to their traditional public house and restaurant, which is situated alongside Bridge Number 2 on the historic Macclesfield Canal in Marple.

Mark and Anita Singleton have fulfilled a long standing ambition to run the Ring o' Bells in January 2010. Previously they ran the Hatters Arms in Marple for ten years and the Square and Compass in Derbyshire from 1990 to 2000. Mark's father Ron was the landlord of the Navigation Hotel from 1966 to 1991. Altogether the Singleton family have been Robinson's tenants for over 45 years.
