Tweet below from Fool Hardy Ale in Stockport today
" Wells folks, the exciting news is, we've bought a 2nd pub! Won't be opening 'til early next year, The Spring Gardens, Marlow Bridge."
Think they mean Marple Bridge (not a great start), but should be good for us real ale lovers judging by their web site (http://foolhardyales.co.uk).
Very best of luck to them.  They've since corrected their tweet:

I suppose they would argue that before 1936 it was in Derbyshire.

'VILLAGE INN WITH BOWLING GREEN IN THE DELIGHTFUL SEMI-RURAL PEAK DISTRICT VILLAGE........'

Wonderful estate-agent speak - it's beyond parody!  ;D
Not sure if they own the bowling green the members do most of the work themselves .

Estate agents literature can make election leaflets look like a model of accuracy by comparison!

Looks like it may have closed down again. Never got the chance to try it either.
