I know a company who does UPVC sash windows but I don't know anyone who can replace just part of a wooden window like you seem to be after.

For a UPVC one visit: https://www.highpeaktaylorglaze.uk/double-glazed-windows/upvc-sash-windows

Might be worth asking Mirador Installations in Mellor. Though they generally do uPVC I think they do wood as well.

Hi,

I have a rather badly rotten and frequently bodged lower sash window that has gone beyond repair and really needs to be replaced now. The upper sash and casement are all fine.  Does anyone around Marple make sash windows frames?

Regards
Mike
