Lady in the park.

Does anyone know anything about the lady who sits in the park under a tree with her bags? I've seen her when I've been on my way to the library in the late afternoon. I spoke to her this afternoon and she told me her name is "Kirstie" but her speech is quite difficult to follow so I didn't get much of what she was telling me. She seems quite a sad case.
