As said "a devastating loss to the community," if this is allowed to happen and yet again another example of the rescind of a valuable and real community service.

The issue with issues such as this, is that nobody who can offer an explanation really comes forward and attempts to explain why this is happening. If it is a rent issue as the statement says, then who is the landlord? Who is the tenant? How much money is involved? Why why can't it be raised?

Marple Childcare at Rose Hill to close

There is a petition on-line against the closure of Marple Childcare at Rose Hill School.

The news that Marple Childcare will cease to operate from Rose Hill Primary School in April is a devastating loss for the community. Offering an 'outstanding' nursery and excellent wrap around care, the impact of its 'forced' closure will have a massive effect on children, families and its dedicated staff. Please sign this petition if you want it to stay.

Here's the link: http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/save-marple-childcare/

Note that you can close the window after signing, you do not need to donate to the iPetition web site.

Here is some more info from Social Media:
