Hardly MI5 research needed.

maybe they might have a counter on the path for cyclists, like wheels.

I don't go to chippy's unless they power their fryers by pedal power

Here is the application details on the Planning Portal.

http://planning.stockport.gov.uk/PlanningData/AcolNetCGI.gov?ACTION=UNWRAP&RIPNAME=Root.PgeResultDetail&TheSystemkey=118931

This seems to suggest the rumor I've heard that it will be a Greek Takeaway/Restaurant could be correct.

A quick search suggests that the gentleman making the application is certainly in that trade.

With a name like Mr Panicos Hadjiyiannis, I think it's more likely to be an Irish restaurant with dishes based entirely of potatoes.

A3 covers the sale of Food & Drink

B7 Covers processes for materials of animal origin and includes 14 different uses. These range from processing potential food stuffs such as the boiling or cleaning of tripe or curing fish to more general processes which nonetheless involve animal products. An example here is producing manure or activities processing “skins” (such as leather).

Both the above are according to Wikipedia.

Perhaps Bargain Booze are thinking of crossing the road.
Blockbusters unit is still empty or is that the coops .would be ideal for bargain booze .
