At 02:54 23/02/2013 on Highfield Road, Marple, a white male White male early 20's was observed entering an unsecured parked vehicle on Highfield Road. The owners have reported the matter to the Police. The individual appeared to know what he was doing.
He was wearing what appeared to be a track suit and a base ball hat. He is estimated to be about 5'7" to 5'9", athletic in build and walks with a swagger.
The individual appears to have used the ally leading to Highfield Road behind the terrace (from Union Road).
Once inside the vehicle the perpetrator climbed through and accessed the boot through the rear seat. Foot prints were left.
Property was removed from the vehicle.
