you can do pay as you go but not on this offer. Its £40 joining fee on a pay as you go basis. £5 to use the gym or On the monthly its £22 for gym, swimming and the classes.

Once joined, do you have to pay monthly direct debits or can you pay-as-you-go?  I used to be a member, but couldn't afford the monthly payments, and also couldn't always get there regularly due to family commitments.
