Smoke free room at the Navi

Doesn't the fact that the Navi smoke -ree room fills up fast indicate that there is a need for these kind of areas and that really a smoking room would be a better option thereby leaving the larger area for those who don't smoke and don't wish to breathe in other peoples fumes?

Good news.  If more pubs will do this voluntarily, it might just help to placate the anti-smoking fanatics who want to ban smoking here, as they just have in Irelend.  By the way, it seems these include our MP Andrew Stunnell, and in one of the free papers last week it said that another Stockport MP, Patsy Calton, is pressing Stockport Council to impose a smoking ban in all pubs and restaurants.   Makes you wonder whether the word 'liberal' in Liberal Democrat means anything any more.........  ''
