It is a shame someone obviously wants this area to be their own private enclave rather than accessible for all.

The thing that amazes me is that its been done by some 40/50 somethings that think there precious footpath is going to be over run with motorbikes and quads!

You are that clueless even at that age. What about access for pushchairs , wheelchairs ,small children on bikes.

Get with it oldies.
