Being asleep in bed is preferable to being out and about stealing mine (and several other peoples) wooden fence panels form outside the  front garden presumably to aid in the construction of bonfires over the weekend. Of course, it may not have been kids, but it was definitley somebody. Cheers.

You do well to be concerned Heather.

I do not think it unreasonable  for youngsters to be sound asleep in their beds at that time of the night/morning.

up to recently my husband worked nights for a while and he was very surprised how many youngsters were hanging about at three and four oclock  in the morning  i dont meen poeple coming home from kellys i meen 14 and 15 year old all hanging about doing nothing and going no where does nobody care what these people are doing out at that time of the night
