The convent wasn't there in 1898, just fields and a tennis court and house and land called Sunny Bank.

Thanks Tricky, I was looking on the Cheshire Tithe maps and it isn't showing on there.

As it was Mount St Jospeph's Convent.. I guess it was near where Hollins Mount is now ?
