Can I just thank everyone and plead with them to keep voting and keep telling their friends to vote. The support in Marple has been amazing - that community spirit makes it a really special place.

They were made by Capricorn Engraving: www.capricornengraving.co.uk
(their web site is offline just now as they have just changed providers but it should be back up soon).

They used to be in the Goyt Mill but moved to Cheadle a while ago:

Dave & Christine Lowery
Unit 20, Demmings Road Industrial Estate,
Demmings Road, Cheadle, Cheshire, SK8 2PE
Tel: 0161 428 7444 (2 lines) Fax: 0161 428 3888

You'd have to get the council to fit them. I think Brian Nash at Regeneration would be a good contact for that:

Brian Nash
District and Neighbourhood Regeneration Manager
Regeneration, Economic Development and Tourism
Stopford House
Piccadilly
Stockport
SK1 3XE
T: 0161 474 4519
M: 07866 999929

Good luck!

We loooooooooooove Robbie :)

We voted for him again tonight,  I love it when he dances on his own, such an amazing talent

Admin, you know the banners that they have on the lamposts in Marple to advertise the lock festivals , how would we go about getting some Robbie ones done, I know I would be willing to contribute , and Im sure others would be too ?

:):)

Pink is easier to read if you highlight it - it changes to white on a black background.

Please don't use pink for script colour - it is almost impossible to read!!  Cheers, though! :D

or 'sniff'! Good to see Marple on TV too - although why they had to show a picture of Stockport station sign is a bit beyond me!

Thank you to all the people who voted for Robbie last week. Please keep voting. I've told the BBc about the fantastic community support that we have here and they are coming to film the town
