It's a the web site of Michael Taylor. He's had a life as a Business Journalist, Event Manager and (BREAKING NEWS) has just announced his selection as the Labour Party candidate for Hazel Grove. I can't see him winning, but in my view he's the kind of credible candidate that Labour need. Someone who's seen real life, is pro-business but with a social conscience.
