With regards to recent leaks and water issues in the area, I have been in contact with a regional manager from United Utilities. We have discussed how to look at the best ways forward for where we live including individual issues such as getting water to priority users etc. We are going to meet up in February to look at a plan to improve services and make sure residents needs are met.
I'm going to leave this page open, if anyone has identified or had issues then please feel free to post them, or if it is a private matter feel free to message me privately and the regional manager will be happy to look into them.
I understand the frustration of some people with recent events and this is why I will be doing what I can to help, UU have been very open their willingness to assist.
