Off at a tangent - can anyone remind me - what was the name of the people who had the property as a stationery shop and newspapers? They also sold toys and Father Christmas (the real one of course) came every December, and held court upstairs in the toy department, while the electric train set ran round. I never realised that Santa was really the owner of the shop - no wonder I never got the pony I asked for every year.
