Our unique exercise programme, Martial Fitness, is based around techniques and training methods from the Martial Arts, but there is no actual combat or physical contact. You will kick, punch and manoeuvre your way through an exciting and demanding training routine, which incorporates exercises for the whole body, to increase your stamina, strength, and suppleness. This exciting class is aimed at ANYONE who wants to improve their fitness and flexibility.
