oooh denise, I am giving away my poetic pigeon diguise away, you will know who I am soon!!!!!

But you are right, Rob is great with the kids, and has been fantastic with my son. My husband had not done any sports for years and years, and was encouraged just to have a join in when he bought my son to lessons, he has never looked back...........thinks hes a bit tough now though!!!! I've probably seen your husband and son at the Saturday class!  Rob is excellent with the kids.  Nothing beats getting kids to show a bit of respect - and making them do press ups when they misbehave - fantastic!

My son  and my husband go to karate at the gym, the instructor Rob is a great teacher, there is a mix of ages, my husband goes to the adult class there, and my son to the junior , but on a saturday they both go together, it is a mixed age class which is good for doing a family activity together. There is a mix of fitness levels, you dont have to be super fit to join.

What about Karate?  There's an adult beginners class on a Tuesday night at Goyt Mill.  There's a link from this website to their website - or there was as that is how I got my son involved.  I might join myself!
