I will be there leading the beginners yoga session. I will talk about the benefits of yoga and how I try to make it as accessible to all. This includes chair based yoga for those with chronic health conditions, or recovering from illness or injury. I am starting new classes in Marple Senior Citizens club - see my website for more details.
