Yes I would also recommend Paul and his son. If you need someone for  general house maintenance jobs try Stuart Jamieson on 427 2463. Hope your move goes smoothly and welcome to the northwest.

Re decorator - we used Paul Warhurst recently - turned up as arranged, did a good job. His address is 7 Hibbert Lane Marple, tel 0161 427 4004 / 07725 125921

Re the Ikea stuff - just have a few drinks and do it yourself. It's fun!

Hello,

We are relocating from London to Mellor in a few weeks and I am looking to find a local;

- A decorater
- a handy-person to build some Ikea wardrobes (Pax system) we are having delivered

Can anyone suggest anyone / help?
