I agree, Peter, it is a very good addition to our local cafe scene.  The whole set up is very friendly, and the food is excellent.  Definitely one to be supported!! ''

Thought that the newish Tea Room at Hyde Bank Farm deserved a plug. I called a couple of weeks ago whilst walking and found it to be just like the tearooms you get in Cornwall.
A good range of food and drink including plenty of homemade fayre.
There is plenty of room and a childrens play area complete with animals.
To find it either follow Oakwood road Romiley or walk along the canal, over the Aqueduct and it is just after you leave the canal at Hyde Bank tunnel.
