Well most people looked like they were enjoying it and I think everyone should be grateful for the effort that the organisers put in.

The Bell, 72ft Party narrow boat will offering mini cruises, from Top Lock to Waterside, Marple and back, from 10am.Bar and refreshments on board.Adults £3, Children £2. No time limit,stay on as long as you like. :o

The Marple Business Forum will in Memorial Park running a BBQ and drinks stall as well as a variety of traditional fete games.

Some of the proceeds from these stalls will be donated to the Marple Locks Heritage Society with the rest going towards Marple Christmas Cracker.

There will be a Bouncy Castle at the Marple Social Forces Club during the Locks Festival and Woodstock Pizza will be selling fresh wood-fired Pizza with proceeds donated to charity "Little Hearts Matter".
