No, not Coppers!

I have an elderly Windows 98 set up which I want to be rid of. I know it's seriously out of date and I can take it to the tip but wonder if there is anywhere I can recycle it without throwing it away - a charity, church, play group, etc?

Any suggestions? Don't suggest Freegle. I'm fed up with people not turning up to collect things they absolutely HAD to have.
