Sorry this is just a quirk of information and I am new to the site, I am a member of the Tew family.  Ironically my grandfather's brother Frank Tew and his wife Mable moved to Gressingham in Lancashire and they called their house Beamsmoor obviously after the one in Marple, though some years ago it was sold and renamed.

Beamsmoor?

I've uploaded a new photo to the tour of Edwin Whitfield sent by his grandson Derek to Marple Local History Society. Edwin was chauffeur to two Misses Sidebothams, wealthy sisters who lived at "Beamsmoor" on Hibbert Lane. Derek thinks that the two ladies in this new photo may the Sidebotham sisters and the grand looking entrance doorway may be Beamsmoor.

We are uncertain when Beamsmoor was demolished and replaced by the new house on the same site (next to the golf course on Hibbert Lane) and have no confirmed pictures of the house.

Does anyone remember Beamsmoor and can confirm or otherwise if this picture is of the house? Even better, does anyone have any photos that show it?

For those who are unsure where Beamsmoor was, see this screenshot from the Cheshire Tithe map site:
