Hello everyone,
I'm Amanda and I was in Marple children's orthopaedic hospital for 2 years from 1961 until January 1963. I only have a handful of memories from that time but I know the nurses and other staff were very kind. I think I formed a special bond with a young nurse cadet called Carol who I remember read stories to me. The other nurses were lovely too. It would be lovely to hear from anyone who was a patient or one of the nurses who looked after me at that time just to have a catch up and swap stories.
