Title: Christmas Services across Marple with Churches Together

All the Churches in Marple will be welcoming you this Christmas!

SATURDAY 7th December:
11am-5pm Christmas Tree Festival with Craft Fayre - St Martin's Low Marple ... "Polar Express" last appearance.

SUNDAY 8th December:
10am All Age Toy Service - The Ridge Methodist.10am Parish Mass with Toy Service - St Martin's Low Marple.
10.30am Nativity with Rainbows and Brownies - Marple URC.
2pm Christingle Service with Ludworth School- St Paul's Compstall.
2-4pm St Martin's open to view the Christmas Trees.
4pm Taize Prayer - Holy Spirit Marple.

MONDAY 9th to SATURDAY 21st December:
2-4pm St Martin's Church Low Marple will be open for a quiet time and for visiting the church and Christmas Trees ... at 3.45pm there will usually be a short meditation

MONDAY 9th December:
7pm Community Carols with Marple Brass Band -St Paul's Strines.

SUNDAY 15th December:
10.30am Carol Service - Marple Methodist.
4pm Carol Service followed by refreshments -Jubilee Methodist.
4pm Crib service for children where they build their own Nativity scene and sing appropriate songs St Martin's.
4pm Festival of Readings and Carols ... followed by mulled wine and mince pies Holy Spirit Marple.
5pm Carols by Candlelight - St Paul's Compstall.
7pm Dovedale Singers - Marple United Reformed Church.

WEDNESDAY 18th December:
12Noon "Blue Christmas" ... a short time of reflection for those who find this time of year difficult - Marple Methodist.

THURSDAY 19th December:
2.30pm Evergreen Carol Service - All Saints' Marple.

SATURDAY 21st December:
4-6pm "Strictly Come Christmas Craft" ... activities around the Christmas Story followed by tea ... all families welcome - Marple United Reformed Church.

SUNDAY 22nd December:
10am Service of Favourite Carols and Readings including Remembrance of Loved Ones - Marple Bridge URC.
10.30am Carol Service - St Paul's Strines.
10.30am Christmas Carol Service - Marple URC.
4pm Family Carol Service - Ridge Methodist.
4pm Carols by Candlelight - All Saints' Marple.
6.30pm A Service of Nine Lessons and Carols ... a traditional Carol Service for the whole community - St Martin's Low Marple.
6.30pm A Service of Nine Lessons and Carols -St Thomas' Mellor.
7pm Carols by Candlelight - All Saints' Marple.

CHRISTMAS EVE
2pm Christingle Celebration - All Saints' Marple.
3-5pm An opportunity to light a candle in remembrance of a loved one - Marple United Reformed Church.
