OK slight exaggeration perhaps - but the Hatters got a mention in the Good Deed Feed in today's Metro. ""Thanks to the landlady of the Hatters Arms in Marple who saw me struggling up the hill that is Hibbert Lane, called me in and gave me a free cuppa. It was much appreciated." Assume they mean Church Lane? Anyway it was a nice gesture.
