Title: zumber clubs

Any zumber clubs in the area not the sit on chair ones .no about the one st pauls comp .

Not really my thing, but there's no good reason why men shouldn't Zumba, do aerobics or anything like that.  They can be really good cardiovascular exercise regimes, and great for strength and coordination.

The attitude that they're "women's exercise" is - for my mind - frankly absurd. For many men, Zumba could be the perfect exercise.

A new Zumba club in the dark with disco lights is on Fridays 6pm at the senior citizens club
