Title: Any local doctors who have a “Modern” view of Type2 and “low carb high fat”?
Post by: ringi on June 16, 2017, 06:14:23 PM
I am just been told by my doctor that fat is bad, and carbs is good and that I have Type2.   This clearly contradicts modern thinking on how to control Type 2 by the likes of Dr. Rangan Chatterjee (doctor in the house).

As my current GP is outside of Marple and I now need to make more visits, I am looking at options for a new GP.  However most GPs will not even allow you to interview them before giving them your custom, hence this question.

In my experience Marple GPs are quite strict in who they take on in terms of Geography - this is certainly the case for the Town Street practice so you may find your choice limited to a single practice based on your address.
