Title: Stockport Fringe festival in the 'Old Town'
Post by: Duke Fame on September 03, 2014, 05:29:46 PM
It seems the Portas Pilot people are very keen to differentiate Stockport 'Old Town' from Mersey Way (with good reason) but this was an excellent event and makes a change from the usual efforts. Well done to all concerned and that bit of Stockport is becoming a little more attractive. http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/in-your-area/thousands-flock-stockport-old-town-7710922

I particularly like the very last sentence of that press release Duke.
