Two new articles have recently been added to the Marple Local History Society website.
These report on the recent trips by the Society members to 'Curious Cheshire' and Arley Hall and Gardens.

On the subject of Local History I have just added a couple of restored images to the Marple page on my website they relate to Hawk Green.
Wondering if one shows the Mill in the background when under construction?
