Is the cafe on derby way up for auction .board over the top says for auction .

That's interesting - it does appear to be the Golden Plate. They are one of the businesses that according to the council has agreed to provide a "Community Toilet" - one of a theoretical three that would allow the closing of the public toilet on the Derby Way car park.
