I was curious to see how quickly people would bring this up.

To make a sale they should advertise like this = The prospective buyer should be used to waking up to noise in the morning and, if driving, then be prepared to whip out of the driveway before getting hit by another driver who's trying to get through before the lights turn red.

Depending on the air con in the house, the buyer should be ready for the smell of cow manure plus semi-isolation.

I am betting they won't sell for at least 1 month...any bets anyone?

Lordy, in this market, 1 month is very good indeed.

It's a bit too clinical looking for my tastes and I like to be near shops pubs etc but I'm sure they'll sell.

Yes Trixie knew about the auction a while ago.She would like to attend, but due to a heavy work schedule abroad, has sent in an over the top proxy bid of £9.99 in the hope of demolition and the building of large out of centre superstore ;)
