Title: Compstall photograph

Just for your information, I was looking through the photographs and came across photograph number 3509 which shows a street cleaner in Comstall Road. My late father told me years ago that the man in the photograph was a member of the Pickford clan, one of my grandfathers uncles (?) as there was only this one street cleaner in Comstall for years when my grandfather lived in Comstall when he was young. This of course cannot be confirmed but my father was very confident about this.

Just thought I would let you know. :)
