A Ladies Tag Rugby team (just for fun) at Marple Rugby Club on Thursday evenings 6.30pm-7.30pm. The group is coached by Chris Thomas who does a marvellous job. The session consists of warm up excercises followed by 'British Bulldogs' and then a game of tag.
The group at the moment is usually anywhere between 8 and 15 ladies and would love to see some new faces. Until 5 weeks ago none of us had any experience.
Come and have a go!
