Title: Message in a bottle

Pick up a free plastic container from the chemists on Stockport Rd. Supplied free by the Lions international. It contains 2 stickers, A pro forma to fill in with emergency contact details, medications taken, any illnesses. You put one of the stickers on your front door and one on your fridge. You put the "Bottle" in the fridge door compartment. Should you become incapacitated valuable time will not be lossed by contacting the relevant people.
