I have lived in Marple all my life. And have really enjoyed looking at all the old photo's on this site. When I was at school I remember doing a topic on Samuel Oldknow, but when you are young you don't really take it in. Looking on this site has refreshed my memory and sure it will be a big help to all students ( if it is still a topic at school? )
Anyway just wanted to say I've really enjoyed looking at all the site, well done to all.
