Title: Marple Community Council
Post by: admin on December 16, 2004, 06:11:26 PM
It was the Marple Community Council AGM on Tuesday and now their web site at http://www.marpleccexec.org.uk/ says it is closing down after Christmas.

What's happening to the MCC - is it closing down too? Is it a spent force, or will it bounce back soon?

Will we no longer be able to read the minutes of their meetings on-line, which has become spasmodic in the last few months anyway?

Can anyone advise what happened at the AGM?

All I know, Mark, is that Adrian is no longer maintaining the website - though he is unable to get online at present also, which possible accounts for the lack of response to your question.

The fact that the exec has changed suggests that it does still exist, though.
