Marple Rugby Club looking for Sponsors
Your local Rugby Club are looking for sponsors. Without sponsors, a club like Marple Rugby Club would cease to exist and they would not be able to provide such a sociable, and competitive hub which does so well within our community. There are currently mini, junior and senior teams aged from 5 years to quite a lot more!
In total there are over 200 players, and sponsors can get their message in front of them, plus their families, supporters and visitors, every week for 40+ weeks from as little as £75 (to quite a lot more)!
There are currently a number of opportunities throughout the club to sponsor. If you would like to discuss, please post a reply and further details can be provided via PM.

I'm not a Rugby man but will this be on the front of shirts and perimeter advertising?

It would definitely be on the shirts. We don't have a perimeter fence around the rugby pitches but there are places for banners on the clubhouse.

Often wondered why Marple Rugby Club and Marple Athletic JFC don't join forces and share the Rugby site and seek funding for a community 3G astro pitch for the football.
Would be great community asset and make both local clubs financially viable.

Marple Rugby Club actually share the grounds with Mellor AFC.

Are there any funding experts the club could tap into - National Lottery, Sport England, Stockport Council (OK, perhaps not Stockport Council ;-), etc.
Any suggestions?

If the club owns or leases the land and facilities then Sport England is probably a good place to start:
