Title: Disturbing sight in Marple or anywhere!!!

Just walked back from the Co-op and witnessed a woman driving a car down Stockport Road with a medium sized dog sat on her lap whilst she was driving, how dangerous is that??? I could report it to the Police as I have her number plate but no proof unless she has been caught on the CCTV.

IMHO, you should certainly report it, although whether the police will do anything about it......
