Title: Linnet Clough Campsite

Someone asked me today whether Linnet Clough campsite in Mellor is only for scout groups or can the public camp there too? Also is this the nearest campsite to Marple?

As their web site lists fees for both 'Scouts & Guides' and for 'Other Campers', I would say it is open to the public.

Linnet  is open to others , usually corporate in the week, but prdominantly scouts and guides at weekends
