Title: London, New York and a couple of ultras

This year for Macmillan Cancer support I will be running the London,New York marathons and a couple of Ultras approaching 150 miles.

In the past the people of this forum have been more than generous,thank you for your support for a very worthy cause.

Completed the London marathon in 2.49.59 in perfect running conditions,everything went like clock work
