What a pleasant shopping experience I had today when I went into the new town centre newsagent!
I was greeted with a cheery smile and a warm greeting.
Eye contact throughout and an expression of thanks, even though I only bought the "express"
I shall return there in future.
ps. It's opposite the Hollins, next door to Bridgefords
