Hi, i`m just trying to find out if there are any photographic (digital and otherwise) groups / organisations in marple or surrounding areas, and  would appreciate any websites/links that i can contact regarding activities / meetings etc,
also i`m particularily interested in learning more about photoshop and other areas photo manipulation.

You could try Stockport Photographic Society, they meet in Cale Green Stockport on Tuesday evenings.

thanks for the reply norris, though i thought i`d try to see what was available locally, and i`m suprised that theres nothing actually in marple - yet !!

I believe that their is a photography club that meets in rooms next to The Hatters pub. Can't tell you when as I don't go, but I know someone who drinks in the Hatters who goes quite regularly.

Also thanks to Norris, Ridge danyers sounds like it may be very helpfull, iv`e learned they also run full courses on photoshop etc so it may be just what i`m lookin for !!
