Does anyone know of a location of free, well rotted horse manure? A few years back you often saw such notices, or have the horses stopped obliging?

There was about a ton of horse muck dumped this week on the grass verge just before the Dooley Lane carpark at the entrance to Bongs Road  with a placard stuck in it saying FREE MANURE there was still some left this afternoon. I put some on my Rhubarb. Ray
