Title: London marathon 2009

I'm running for the London marathon again this year for Macmillan Cancer Support.

This will be the sixth year on the trot for me and each year I pick a different charity to run for.

A lot of you have been very kind over the years supporting me so thanks very much and hope for your support again.

Ah my email makes sence now! I got a email from just giving asking if I wanted to sponsor you. I couldn't think who Stephen Jones was...I sponsored you last year.

Just got the last of my sponsorship money in from the race, grand total £590, thanks to those who made a donation to a very worthy cause.

Been busy running did the Bob Graham Round a fortnight ago, you get 24 hrs to run 72 miles, 42 peaks with 29,000 ft of climb in the Lake District(good fun)
