Title: Top soil & Manure !!

I could do with a few wheelbarrows worth for my garden - can anybody recommend a local stables who may help out or anyone with some top soil to spare ???! Thank you

there used to be a place on torky bends where you could help yourself to as much as you like

Hargate Hill Equestrian Centre, Charlesworth will probably let you have some if you ask nicely. A bit late for this year but in time for next.

Btw Did you here the bit on "Gardeners' Question Time" about manure being contaminated with the weed killer used on the crops eaten by the donors of the manure? It's killing the plants it's supposed to help!
