I heard the other day that there are plans to repair the road down Dan Bank and that the council now have the money BUT !
It will mean closing the road for up to SIX months !
One alternative route is through Compstall but that road is already congested !
Another alternative is to go by train but all the car parks are full !
Wold any councillors care to enlighten us on the plans for Dan Bank !

I knew that April Fool would backfire on me! I can't remember exactly what happened last time when they underpinned it. Was it completely closed for a period? Even though I battled through it every day I think it must have been such a nightmare experience that I'm subconsciously supressing the memory of it, as I can't recall much detail at all.
