Alan’s remarks make a lot of sense. The matters you describe are for the police and local authorities to deal with. Anonymous ‘naming and shaming’ and ill-considered and provocative comments on here will not achieve anything productive.

The driver topic had to be heavily edited to remove names and ultimately locked. The topic criticising the restaurant got so out of hand that it was removed completely.

Of course you can have an opinion on a local nightclub. If you do a search of this forum you will see that many people have already expressed their views about Kelly’s but I think the tone that has been set in this thread suggests that it will have to be given similar treatment to the driver and restaurant topics should I receive any objections.

It seems on here you can name and shame a reckless driver, shame a resturant, but not be able to have an opinion on a nightclub which has upset a few people! My friend was badly beaten up outside that place at the weekend and is having to have surgery next week. There are bouncers on the door which in my view would re assure you going into a club knowing that they are close by, but they failed my friend and did not help.
And no Alan you would not be considered part of the 'constant rabble'. Not unless you shout very loudly to the person walking next to you or have a blazing row outside someones house at 3am!  '<img'>

This thread seems to be a bit risky, I dont suppose Mr Kelly would be pleased to read it.

I have never been to Kelly's, but if I did would I be considered to be part of the "constant rabble" that are said to come from it.

I seem to recall in the past some mothers objecting to the implications  of there  children being likened to "yobs" as they dressed in the fashion of "hoodies"

Might I respectfully suggest that those residents that are alarmed, concerned and distressed by the establishment write to the owners or express concerns to the Police and appropriate licencing body together will local councillors

The stories I hear about that place are pretty awful, a friend of mine was badly beaten outside there at the weekend.
I will never go in there!

My friend and I were discussing Kellys nightclub.

What is the general feeling of this nightclub in the area?

My friend, has a relative that lives on the Ecclesbridge estate, and is regularly  woken up by the constant "rabble" that fall out of the place, and occasionaly, the sirens of the ambulance, the ambulances probably attend more often, but with it being nightime the sirens are not sounded.

It is common knowledge that there are fights at the weekend

I personally cannot comment on the place, as I have never been, and hearing what I have heard today, would never want to, but from what I have been told, has this place had its day??
